PRECISION STAMPING TECHNOLOGY

VPTM is the largest precision metal stamping provider in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Our technologies and our scale allow cost savings, enhanced tooling and precision product design for our customers. We offer precision stamping service covering various range such as automotive, telecommunication and specialized in deep draw stamping technology.

CNC AUTO LATHE
TECHNOLOGY

We use advanced CNC Auto Lathe technologies to maintain perfection and accurateness in machining operation. Our technologies are capable of producing very fine work pieces and specialized in deep hole drilling. In Vega, the efficiency and standard cutting of our machine enable to increase the productivity and reduction of down-time.

HEAT TREATMENT

Every steel piece may be harnessed for improved tool performance with our heat treatment service. To achieve the desired hardness, the heat treatment is done with care and accuracy. High wear and cracking/chipping resistance; high heat checking and erosion/corrosion resistance; toughness and high corrosion, high polish ability, and high dimensional stability are also enhanced by the treatment.

PLATING

We offer a wide range of customized metal finishing and electroplating services especially in automotive and telecommunication fields. Our inhouse expert will provide a tailor-made solution for customer’s product depending on the application.

PROGRESSIVE TOOL DESIGN

We use computer assisted design (SOLIDWORKS/Excess-Hybrid) software and other computer software to create and design drawings. We turn those drawings into actual dies, specialized molds, tools and finished products.

We provide a wide range of die types and tooling options, and capable of working with various type of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Featuring wire EDM and other fabrication machine, we are equipped to produce high quality die and product.
